Terms of Service & Studio Etiquette

Welcome to SabaiSen. By creating an account, booking a treatment, or visiting the studio, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

One account per customer. You may register additional guests (family or friends) under your account; you accept these terms on their behalf.
You must provide an accurate name, phone, and email. We may suspend accounts with knowingly false information.
Each account receives a 4-digit PIN for fast check-in. Keep it private.

2. Studio etiquette & health notice

Thai massage and related treatments involve physical pressure, stretching, warm compresses, and oils. By booking, you accept that:

You are responsible for telling us about health conditions before a treatment: pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin conditions, allergies, or anything else your therapist should know.
Therapists may adjust or decline a treatment if they believe it is not safe for you. This is care, not refusal of service.
Tell your therapist at any time if pressure is too strong, too light, or anything is uncomfortable.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so your treatment can start on time.
Keep the studio calm: quiet voices and phones on silent.
We provide loose clothing for Thai massage. Please store personal belongings in the space provided; keep valuables with you.
Respectful conduct only. Inappropriate behavior toward staff ends the treatment immediately without refund.
By registering, you consent to photos / video taken at the studio (common areas only, never during treatments) for marketing use. See section 9 for how to withdraw.

3. Age requirements

Treatments are designed for adults. Guests under 18 are welcome with conditions:

A parent or legal guardian must register them, consent to these terms, and remain at the studio during the treatment.
Therapists may decline or shorten a treatment for a younger guest if it is not suitable.

4. Packages and passes

Treatment Packs: buy 2 to 20 treatments upfront with a sliding discount (1% per treatment purchased, max 20%). Packs never expire.
Monthly Wellness Pass: one treatment per day for 30 days from approval. Walk in any time; unused days are not refunded or carried over.
Packs and passes are for the purchasing account and its registered guests only.

5. Payments

Payments are accepted via PromptPay (with slip upload) or cash at the studio.
All cash payments must be processed through our POS register. Please ensure your transaction is rung up.
Single-treatment sales are final at the start of the treatment.

6. Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final once the treatment has begun.
Group and event bookings (spa parties, retreats, corporate) include a ฿500 refundable deposit, returned in cash after the event if there is no overtime, damage, or extra cleanup needed.
Cash event bookings must be arranged well in advance at the studio, not on the event day.
Treatment packs do not expire but cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for:

Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests
Repeated complaints from other guests
Unpaid balances
Submitting falsified payment slips

8. Liability disclaimer

Massage and wellness treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing; they are not a substitute for medical care. SabaiSen is not liable for adverse reactions arising from health conditions that were not disclosed to us before the treatment. Our liability is limited to gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

9. Photos and video

By registering, you consent to SabaiSen using photos or video taken in the studio's common areas in marketing materials (website, social media, brochures). Photos are never taken during treatments. You may withdraw consent at any time through our Contact page.

10. Member PIN

Your 4-digit PIN is private. Sharing it allows others to check in under your account; we are not responsible for usage by anyone you share the PIN with.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the studio after a material change indicates acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
